Application form must be accompanied with the following: –
- Two recent passport sized color photographs.
- Attested photocopies of Certificate, Admit Card, Registration Card and Marksheet of the last Board Examination.
- Schedule Caste/Tribe Certificate in case of ST/SC applicants.
- Students coming from other Board other than MBOSE are required to submit the original Migration Certificate.
- Original Character Certificate from Head of Institution last attended.
- Birth Certificate.
